As a Salon Manager at BrainWash, you are the hub of your salon. You lead the team, serve as the point of contact for both customers and colleagues, and of course, you also actively work on the floor. You welcome customers, discuss their wishes, perform treatments, and provide advice on products and home care.

In addition, you are responsible for staff scheduling, ordering (hair) products, achieving turnover targets, and creating a pleasant working atmosphere in which your team gets the best out of themselves.
