Due to the expansion of our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic, skilled, and entrepreneurial orthopedic surgeon specializing in knee osteoarthritis for our clinic in Arnhem. You will be working at our focus clinic Bewegen in Arnhem. Due to the continuous growth of our organization and the intended expansion to Zwolle, this position offers a perspective to contribute to the long-term growth of our clinic.

The clinic is in full development: this gives you the opportunity and freedom to help build the future. We are looking for an ambitious, flexible, and entrepreneurial colleague who is preferably available in the short term. Depending on developments, you may be able to work in both Arnhem and Zwolle in the future.

You will be given full freedom in this to think along with us and further shape this plan. Furthermore, we request the following:

• Specialization in conservative and operative treatment of knee osteoarthritis (preferably supplemented with another area such as lower extremity or shoulder)

• You are skilled in your field and are therefore able to practice your profession in its full breadth

• A pleasant personality, who collaborates easily and gladly in a team but can also work well independently

• A specialist who considers high quality of care to be a matter of course

• An entrepreneurial orthopedic surgeon who can help build our clinic in Arnhem and the North-East Netherlands region

• An employment contract as an employee

• The salary and other employment conditions of an Orthopedic Surgeon in accordance with the AMS (Arbeidsvoorwaarden Medisch Specialisten) collective labor agreement, based on a 45-hour work week, and adjusted for the employment contract entered into (0.6 to 1.0 FTE), supplemented with a variable reward in accordance with the RMS (Regeling Medisch Specialisten) | Bergman Clinics

This is where you will work
In our clinic, clients can come to us for a wide range of complaints regarding the musculoskeletal system (shoulder, hip, knee, and foot-ankle). Through the one-stop-shop model, follow-up examinations almost always take place directly combined with a clinic appointment. Due to this way of working, clients are helped quickly, and thanks to the guidance by a professional team of specialists, we also ensure that our clients are back on their feet as soon as possible.
