The role

As an Assistant Restaurant General Manager (ARGM) at KFC Leeuwarden, you are the right hand of the Restaurant General Manager (RGM), and together you ensure smooth daily operations. You motivate and guide the team (approximately 30 employees), monitor quality, and create an optimal guest experience.

As ARGM, you play an essential role within the restaurant's management team and ensure a smooth and standardized daily operation. Your responsibilities include:

Coaching, training, and motivating your team
Achieving KPIs and ensuring quality standards in the restaurant
Performing administrative tasks for an efficient daily operation
Managing the recruitment process in the restaurant to attract new talent that represents our core values of smart, heart, and courage
Taking on ad-hoc projects and setting challenging goals for your own growth and development

BRING YOUR BEST SELF

MBO+/HBO level of work and thinking and demonstrable experience in a leadership role within a dynamic environment, preferably in retail, hospitality, or catering
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create a positive and supportive team culture.
Experience in driving sales and profitability, with a track record of achieving or exceeding KPIs
Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new talent that fits the company values
Commitment to health and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment for both employees and customers
Excellent command of Dutch and English is a plus
