What will you be doing as an Assistant Restaurant Manager Hospitality at Taco Bell?

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager Hospitality, you are a true hands-on manager who prioritizes guest satisfaction, acts as a mentor to the team, and wants to take on the challenge of taking responsibility for the restaurant.

In addition to coaching your team, you are capable of performing all administrative tasks of the restaurant, such as purchasing products and maintaining personnel administration.
A role in which it is not only about coordinating the daily affairs in the restaurant, but very certainly also about maximizing profitability.

• You support your Restaurant Manager in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members and Shift Managers.
