What will you do?
As Specialist Ordering & Fleetdesk I, you will strengthen the Car Procurement team with your talent. As soon as the customer orders a car, you ensure that it is purchased. Additionally, as Specialist Ordering & Fleetdesk I, you ensure that the customer's wishes are heard, that agreements with dealers are made, monitored, and complied with. You are responsible for placing the order, following up on change requests, monitoring delivery times, and acting as a point of contact for all kinds of issues both internally and externally. Can an order not be placed or delivered? For example, if a car color is unavailable. You, as Specialist Ordering & Fleetdesk, show initiative, contact your commercial colleague, and implement changes in the system. Additionally, you analyze processes and propose improvements. At your initiative, we continue to improve constantly.
