Digital Sales Associate I - Campaign & Execution Private Lease

What you'll do

As a Digital Sales Campaign & Execution Associate, you are responsible, together with the team, for our car offering, pricing, and campaigns. You do this with an extremely result-oriented and commercial attitude, ensuring that contractual agreements are correctly followed up, monitored, and optimized. You interact daily with car dealers, Private Lease partners, and customers, which requires a proactive attitude and strong stakeholder management in a dynamic market.

You perform, among other things, car calculations, place orders for our customers, and deal with re-deployment calculations for, among others, Used Lease and PCVs.

Additionally, you analyze the performance of the offering and campaigns, identify commercial opportunities, and make improvement proposals to further optimize results. You are highly skilled in reading and interpreting commercial dashboards and translating insights into concrete actions to realize our objectives. This also includes preparing reports, analyzing data, and processing it in Excel.

In addition to operational activities, you actively contribute to the development and execution of commercial initiatives. You support the preparation of campaigns, promotional actions, and commercial proposals, and think along about ways to position the offering more attractively and competitively in the market. You also monitor market developments, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities early and respond to them.

You work both independently and closely with colleagues within the team, other departments within Ayvens, and external stakeholders with the goal of achieving optimal commercial results for both the customer and Ayvens. Additionally, you serve as a point of contact for the rest of the organization regarding Private Lease offering, pricing, and campaigns, and you make an active contribution to the continuous improvement of processes, yield, and customer satisfaction.

What do you bring?

MBO+ / HBO work and thinking level
3-5 years of work experience in a commercial role
Excellent commercial, administrative, communicative, and negotiation skills
You are familiar with contract and relationship management
Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
A critical attitude toward existing working methods and processes and the ambition to achieve more efficiency and customer value
Self-reliance, decisiveness, a sense of responsibility, and problem-solving ability are your strengths
Good command of the Dutch and English languages (spoken and written)

The Campaign & Execution team is fully based in Rotterdam and is responsible for collaborating with, among others, our partner ANWB, and manages the Private Lease car offering and ordering process for both new and used lease.

The other 2 Private Lease teams work from the Amsterdam and Rotterdam locations. Private Lease customers outsource their mobility for shorter or longer periods for a fixed all-in price. In this, we jointly bear the responsibility for the offering and partner management, up to the ordering process and customer retention during the contract period.
