At Ayvens in the Netherlands, more than 1000 colleagues work with great passion and enjoyment. This also applies to Team AMS. We handle four different types of damage. For the damage files of our internally insured clients, we are looking for someone capable of handling a file from A to Z.

As Claims Support II in the Fast team, you are responsible for Ayvens in fully recovering damage from the opposing party. You ensure that you collect evidence and assess liability based on laws and regulations, and as soon as you determine that the opposing party is liable, the real work begins! You maintain contact with the leasing driver, approach witnesses, and coordinate with the (insurer of) the opposing party to recover damage costs. Teamwork is important to you and you enjoy brainstorming with colleagues about difficult issues.

You work accurately, are solution-oriented, and ensure that every damage case is handled efficiently and carefully. You operate as a true case manager: you manage your own workload, work towards team goals, and do everything possible to deliver quality.

What else will you be doing:

• Handle various administrative tasks that help promote damage processing. External parties also fall under this support;
• Maintain good communication and coordination with the various teams within Ayvens;
• With an eye on efficiency, you identify imperfections, errors, and backlogs. You enjoy contributing to a solution;
• In addition to your core tasks, you also advise and/or help your colleagues with questions regarding payments, system usage, and mail processing;
• You enjoy taking on your advisory role and like giving and receiving feedback.
