The role

At Aveco de Bondt, we ensure that complex projects are not only well-designed but also executed in a manageable way. Within the Engineering & Control business unit, everything revolves around technical precision, process control, and an eye for quality. From drafting specifications to managing risks and schedules - this is where engineering and organization come together.

With the Technical Management and Project Control & Tenders teams, we work on diverse infrastructure and construction projects throughout the Netherlands. Whether it concerns the preparation of a new bridge, a dike reinforcement, or a large-scale reconstruction: we ensure everything is correct - technically, organizationally, and contractually.

What you'll do

Depending on your background and experience, you will work in one of our teams:

In the Technical Management team, you design and review infrastructural works, draft specifications, and translate design principles into executable plans.
Within Project Control & Tenders, you can work as a project control advisor, tender consultant, or systems engineer. You help make projects manageable through smart processes and a structured approach.

You work together with project managers, designers, contractors, and clients on projects that make the Netherlands more accessible, safer, and more sustainable.
