The city and village of the future demand smart, sustainable, and livable solutions. Within the Urban Area business unit, we work on integrated urban challenges where space, mobility, water, greenery, and economy converge. From inner-city redevelopments to the design of new residential areas - we ensure balance between urbanization and quality of life.
Our Project Management Area Development, Urban Design & Landscape, and Spatial Planning teams work together on projects in which design, policy, and execution reinforce each other. In this way, we build places where people can enjoy living, working, and staying.
Within Project Management Area Development, you lead projects in which many interests converge. You coordinate, connect, and maintain oversight from planning to execution.
In the Urban Design & Landscape team, you work on designs that are both functionally and aesthetically strong. You contribute ideas regarding spatial integration, identity, and sustainability.
At Spatial Planning, you provide advice on policy, permits, and planning processes that form the basis for our projects.
Together with colleagues, governments, and market parties, you work on sustainable area developments that strengthen our living environment.
Social - You enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams and know how to connect people.
