In our dynamic international organization, the health and well-being of employees is an explicit priority. Within People Services Europe, we are therefore looking for a driven Health Expert to expand the Health Advisory team, someone who does not shy away from a healthy challenge.

In this role, you will make a valuable contribution as a guide, advisor, and coach in the field of prevention, reintegration, and work capacity (disability). Additionally, you will work together with the team to actively contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of our services. Tasks & Responsibilities

As a central figure, you are responsible for monitoring and ensuring all legal obligations and additional quality requirements in relation to the reintegration process. You ensure optimal cooperation between all parties involved in the interest of a successful and sustainable reintegration, and you provide requested and unsolicited advice to managers regarding absenteeism cases. In the interest of maintaining complete files, you perform various administrative tasks, and we expect you to actively contribute to the professional development of health advisory.

• HBO working & thinking level;
• Completed ROV practical training;
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience regarding absenteeism case management;
• Current knowledge of social security, such as WVP, Sickness Benefits Act, WIA, Working Conditions Act, etc.;
• Strong affinity with vitality and sustainable employability;
• Experience with VerzuimSignaal is a strong plus;
• Good command of the Dutch language is a requirement and, due to the international character of ASML, English language proficiency in speech and writing is highly desirable.

To ensure a consistent file, you'll perform various administrative tasks, and we expect you to actively contribute to the professional development of health advisory services.
