Role Description
As Team Leader Transit Architecture, you combine leadership with a technical role within multidisciplinary station and construction projects. You are responsible for the development, employability, and performance of the design team and ensure a professional, inclusive, and result-oriented working environment. Additionally, from your expertise, you make an active contribution to projects, client development, and the further growth of the service area.

Role responsibilities
You are responsible for the daily management of the team, stimulating a culture of development and collaboration, and ensuring optimal deployment of capacity and expertise. In doing so, you monitor quality, safety, financial performance, and personnel planning. Together with team leaders and service area leaders, you work on consistent management of Transit Architecture and contribute to knowledge development, continuous improvement, client relationships, and commercial growth.

• Leading the team of designers within Transit Architecture.

• Acting as a link between employees, projects, clients, and business objectives.

• Actively supporting knowledge sharing, change, and continuous improvement.
