Vacancy: Quality Manager Arcadis Netherlands

Within Arcadis Netherlands, we are looking for a Quality Manager who will help us to practically and firmly anchor quality, compliance, and continuous improvement in our daily work.

A colleague who brings overview, creates connections between global standards and Dutch practice, and helps teams not only to understand quality agreements, but to truly apply them.

In this role, you are responsible for the daily management, governance, and further development of the quality management system in the Netherlands. You ensure that certifications, laws and regulations, audits, improvement actions, and quality reports are well-secured and align with the global Arcadis Quality Management System.

Additionally, you play an important role in the implementation of new quality standards, process improvements, and change initiatives within Arcadis. In this role, you will also have time to apply your Quality knowledge in practice on one or more of our beautiful projects.

As Quality Manager, you are the owner of quality reporting in the Netherlands and responsible for securing the national quality management system. You actively contribute to the implementation of the Arcadis Quality Management System and ensure consistent application of global quality standards within Arcadis Netherlands. From this role, you provide direction to quality improvement, governance, and compliance. In the event of significant quality risks with potential impact on continuity, reputation, or compliance, you have clear escalation paths and responsibilities.

• You manage and develop the Dutch Quality Management System and support the further implementation of the Global Quality Management System.
• You are responsible for the governance of quality processes and monitor compliance with ISO standards, laws and regulations, and internal quality standards.
• You fulfill the role of ISO Management representative for the Netherlands and maintain the necessary certifications.
• You guide internal and external audits and are the owner of processes surrounding non-conformities, deviations, corrective actions, and lessons learned.
• You ensure that colleagues possess the right knowledge, training, and support to work effectively according to the quality system.
• You report on quality KPIs, audits, deviations, and improvement actions, and translate insights into concrete improvements.
• You support change and improvement programs in the areas of quality, standardization, and process optimization.
• You work closely with global quality colleagues, business leaders, operations managers, and project teams to sustainably anchor quality in the operation.
