What we're looking for

Knowledge and experience: you hold a HBO or WO degree, for example in the direction of ICT, innovation sciences, or information management. You have at least five years of experience in a similar role. You also possess work experience in the world of subsidies.

Nice to have

Skills and affinity: you understand what is happening in the sector, flawlessly sense what entrepreneurs are running into, and switch easily between theory and practice.
Mentality: you think in solutions, are strong in organizing, and are a solid sparring partner at a strategic level. You maintain the overview and see the opportunities.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Salary: maximum growth up to € 8,233 gross per month on a full-time basis, depending on your experience.
Freedom of choice in leave: you determine how many vacation days you take, up to 38 per year. Choose from regular leave, the aaff budget, or extra days via your salary. Whatever you do not use from the aaff budget, we will pay out.
Home office budget of € 550: to set up your home workplace comfortably and ergonomically.
Allowance for working from home: € 2.45 per home office day + € 40 net internet allowance per month.
Sustainable travel: € 0.30 per car kilometer for home-to-work trips, € 0.40 (€ 0.23 net) per bicycle/walking kilometer. On top of that, a full public transport allowance or, with more than 7,500 business kilometers per year, an electric lease car or mobility budget. When driving electric, you receive € 0.40 per kilometer.
Annual € 200 vitality budget: for your mental and physical health and always access to our online platform OpenUp.
Flexible leave savings: for a sabbatical, a longer trip, or time for yourself.

The role

Will you help ICT entrepreneurs move towards a sustainable and successful future? You can do that as a senior innovation consultant at Epiic in Amsterdam! You will brainstorm with entrepreneurs about innovation issues and help them with subsidy applications. You will also provide sustainability and innovation advice. Thanks in part to you, startups continue to grow and established companies can further develop themselves.

What you'll do

Together with your team, you will work on subsidy advice for our ICT clients. For example, for a tech company like Seenons, which developed an IT platform focused on zero waste. You will dive into complex issues, where you not only analyze figures and technologies, but also truly listen to entrepreneurs. Whether it is a young startup or an established entrepreneur, you understand the challenges and needs.

Thinking along with and advising our clients on national and European subsidies to realize their plans.
Writing subsidy applications and drafting reports and project proposals.
Consortium building: this grows the entrepreneur's network and allows you to spot new opportunities. Among other things in the field of sustainability and innovation.
Staying up to date with developments in the sector and changing laws and regulations.
Supporting less experienced colleagues in their activities and professional development.
