As a Service Line Sales Specialist (SLS) for Enterprise Integration & Process Orchestration (EIPO), you will play a key role in driving Cognizant's growth across the Netherlands and wider Benelux region. You will be responsible for developing strategic client relationships, generating demand, and positioning Cognizant's integration, orchestration, automation, and AI-enabled transformation capabilities with senior business and technology leaders.

This is an exciting opportunity to engage clients at the center of the AI and modernization agenda. From cloud-native integration platforms and API management to process orchestration and emerging agentic AI capabilities, you will help organizations build the digital foundations required to connect systems, automate operations, and unlock the full value of AI.

Operating within an international environment, you will collaborate closely with teams across Europe to shape and win strategic opportunities while influencing EIPO's go-to-market strategy across the Benelux region.

• Own a portfolio of strategic accounts and deliver against annual bookings targets through a combination of new business development and account expansion.
• Position Cognizant's EIPO capabilities including integration, API management, iPaaS, process automation, event-driven architecture, orchestration, and agentic AI solutions as critical enablers of modernization and business transformation.
• Lead complex sales pursuits from qualification through contract execution, coordinating cross-functional teams across consulting, solution architecture, delivery, pricing, finance, and legal.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, COOs, enterprise architects, and procurement stakeholders across target industries.
• Structure commercial solutions including fixed-price, time-and-materials, managed services, outcome-based engagements, and run-and-transform programs.
• Collaborate with strategic technology partners such as Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, IBM, Boomi, Camunda, Pega, Appian, Kong, SnapLogic, and TIBCO to drive joint sales initiatives and market development activities.
• Partner with Cognizant Industry Business Units, Cloud, Data & AI, Consulting, and Intelligent Operations teams to deliver integrated transformation propositions to clients.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, CRM discipline, and opportunity governance practices.
• Provide market intelligence, client feedback, and competitive insight to support portfolio development and regional go-to-market strategy.
• Represent Cognizant at client engagements, partner events, conferences, and industry forums while promoting our integration and AI transformation capabilities.

• Significant experience within technology services, consulting, or enterprise software sales environments.
• Proven success selling complex integration, middleware, API management, workflow, process automation, or digital transformation solutions.
• Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving sales targets and closing complex multi-million-euro opportunities.
• Experience building and managing executive relationships with senior technology decision-makers and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of modern integration and orchestration technologies, including:

• Experience collaborating with strategic technology partners and executing co-sell motions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence and lead virtual pursuit teams across multiple functions and geographies.
• Fluent business English.
• Right to work in the Netherlands.

• Fluency in Dutch.
• Experience working for a systems integrator, global consulting organization, Big Four consultancy, or leading software platform provider.
• Knowledge of integration and orchestration platforms including Boomi, Camunda, Pega, Appian, TIBCO, Kong, Apigee, IBM, or Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience selling AI-enabled managed services, modernization programs, and run-and-transform engagements.
• Understanding of European regulatory frameworks including GDPR, DORA, NIS2, and the EU AI Act.
• Strong perspective on agentic AI, enterprise governance, orchestration, and integration-led transformation.
• Formal sales methodology training such as MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, Value Selling, or similar frameworks.
• Relevant certifications from major cloud, integration, process automation, or orchestration platform providers.

In your first year, you will:
