Tax Advisor SME in the Netherlands

• Salary: between € 4,940 and € 8,233 on a full-time basis, depending on your experience.

• Freedom of choice in leave: you determine how many days off you take, up to 38 per year. Choose from regular leave, the aaff budget, or extra days via your salary. Anything you do not use from the aaff budget, we will pay out.

• Home office budget of € 550: to set up your home workplace comfortably and ergonomically.

• Allowance for working from home: € 2.45 per home working day + € 40 net internet allowance per month.

• Sustainable travel: whether you go to the office or to clients by (electric) car, on foot, by bicycle, or by public transport, you can count on an appropriate allowance. Variety? That is certainly your job as a tax advisor at aaff. In the Dordrecht - Gorinchem region, you will support, among others, directors/major shareholders (dga's) and entrepreneurs active in various sectors within SME practice. You will have direct contact with regional and national clients to whom aaff offers a wide range of services. As a result, you will work together with various colleagues and encounter constantly new fiscal challenges.

• Providing expert fiscal advice and developing and implementing fiscal strategies. In doing so, you are substantively responsible for the advice and fiscal returns.

• Identifying opportunities in the market and communicating about them within the organization. In this way, you create new business opportunities and contribute to the growth and development of the tax advisory practice.

• Maintaining and strengthening client relationships, through regular contact and by offering tailor-made solutions within a streamlined process for our clients.

• Compliance: adherence to fiscal laws and regulations is one of your priorities. For this, you have regular consultation with authorities, such as the Tax and Customs Administration.

• Collaboration: you inspire the team and guide junior advisors in their development. You play a crucial role in the success of our office and contribute to the growth of both the team and our clients.

• Staying up-to-date via knowledge groups and meetings tailored to specialization and experience level, so that you continue to grow in your field.

You support your SME clients with (more complex) fiscal issues. This is done, among other things, by listening attentively to their needs and offering creative solutions. With your fiscal advice, you truly help entrepreneurs move forward. You also build and maintain client relationships, together with your team.
