As a Lead Hardware Engineer, you play a crucial role in realizing technical solutions for our customers within sectors such as Food & Beverage, Life Sciences (Pharma), and Logistics. You carry out pre-engineering trajectories within both greenfield and brownfield environments. You do this in close cooperation with the customer, the client manager, and your own team, whereby you together arrive at suitable advice and a clear work description.

You work from our office, but are also regularly found on-site at the customer's location. As a technical expert, you advise and support the customer throughout the entire project, always with a focus on a working solution. Under the guidance of the project manager, you ensure that your team functions optimally and that technical issues are resolved smoothly and within the set budget. With your knowledge and experience, you keep the industry moving.

In the position of Lead Hardware Engineer, you have knowledge of instrumentation, switching and distribution devices, and PLC controls for industrial automation applications. Furthermore, you are able to independently perform the calculations required within a technical design. At the same time, it is important that you lead and motivate your team in a natural way.

After the assignment, you translate customer needs into detailed electrical engineering designs. You lead a team of Hardware and Software Engineers to successfully realize these designs. Together with the customer, you perform the FAT and SAT, whereby you are responsible for timely delivery. During the assembly period, you are the point of contact for the technicians and ensure that all materials are on location on time.
