Work Preparer Management and Maintenance Schiphol

As a medior work preparer, you ensure tight preparation of maintenance activities within the Schiphol contract. You draw up work plans, detailed schedules, and action plans and adapt them in case of disruptions. You arrange personnel and equipment in a timely manner and provide clear instructions to technicians. You also work continuously on process improvement in work preparation. Extra activities / small jobs often arise from the Schiphol contract. For these additional activities, we are looking for a work preparer who enjoys taking on these tasks in this dynamic environment.

• Preparing maintenance activities within the Schiphol contract

• Drawing up work plans

• Ensuring timely availability of personnel and equipment

• Giving instructions to technicians

• Drawing up detailed schedules and action plans

• Adapting planning and execution in case of disruptions or deviations

• Continuously seeking improvement in yourself and in your work

• Improving work preparation processes

• MBO education in a technical or technical business administration direction

• Affinity with technology, infra, and administrative processes

• Strong organizational skills and enjoyment in planning and coordinating

• Proactive attitude and taking initiative

• Wanting to continuously improve yourself and your work

• Experience in a similar position is a plus

• Experience in a service-oriented technical environment is a plus
