(Senior) Civil Engineering Site Planner - (North Holland region)

• MBO or HBO level in the field of civil engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience with a (medium) sized contractor in a role as a site planner or project engineer, project coordinator, or (head) site manager. We are looking for both junior and senior levels for this position on this project.
• Good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to find a solution for every issue together with the right people. Or rather the ability to analyze and solve technically complex issues.

You earn an attractive gross monthly salary. On top of that, you receive:

• A gross monthly salary of between €3,500 and €5,700 (depending on knowledge and experience) with a full-time contract (40 hours).
• Good employment conditions according to the CAO Bouw & Infra for UTA employees (Technical Administrative Executive), including 20 vacation days and 10 non-working days, a monthly payment of 4.96% UTA days budget, and a 2.3% sustainable employability budget.
• An electric lease car or a mobility budget of at least € 930 gross per month for a 40-hour employment.

• Ensuring a good foundation with work and inspection plans and schedules, so that the realization of a project proceeds smoothly.
• In doing so, coordinating internally with, among others, fellow work preparers, the project manager, environmental managers, ecologists, and the sustainability coordinator. And externally with partners such as the client, subcontractors, and permit providers.
• Organizing that parties from whom we purchase services or materials receive the correct documents regarding the scope and boundary conditions for time, quality, and safety in a timely manner.
• Monitoring costs during execution and, in consultation with the project manager, reserving extra budgets for additional and reduced work.
• Ensuring interim reports and the handover file.

From the reconstruction of the Amstel Interchange in Amsterdam and the N247 Het Schouw construction team to the construction and residential preparation of Westpoort in Heerhugowaard and various projects within the provincial framework agreement for infrastructure.
