Diagnostic technician

The role

• You locate and resolve faults in the varied systems present on the bus, such as HV drive, 700V batteries, air conditioning with heat pump function, air suspension, door systems, driver assistance systems (ADAS), tachograph, telemetry,...
• Performing diagnoses and repairs at our workshop and
• Performing interventions on-site (mainly Benelux).
• Providing technical support to fellow technicians.
• Managing technical documentation, diagnostic hardware, and software.
• Providing advice on workshop equipment and tools.
• Managing tachograph and speed limiter procedures.
• Providing technical explanations and advice to customers.
• Actively participating in training from VDL and suppliers, nationally and internationally.
