The role

Are you a Mechanical Technician who enjoys working on diverse installation projects? At Veldhuis Installatietechniek in Emmeloord, you will work on mechanical installations in locations such as hospitals, schools, residential construction projects, and government buildings. You will be given a great deal of autonomy, work together with experienced colleagues, and have plenty of opportunities to further develop yourself within the installation technology sector.

At Veldhuis Installatietechniek, you will work on challenging projects within a dedicated and collegial team. You will be given the freedom and responsibility to perform your work well, with all the tools you need to do so.

What you'll do

As a Mechanical Technician at Veldhuis Installatietechniek, you will work on various mechanical installations within commercial and residential construction. From hospitals and schools to penitentiary institutions and buildings of the Rijksvastgoedbedrijf: no project is the same!

Your responsibilities include

Assembling and installing mechanical installations at various project locations.
Independently performing assembly work based on technical drawings.
Collaborating with colleagues to execute installation projects according to schedule.
Checking whether the installations meet the specified quality and safety requirements.
Thinking along regarding practical solutions during the execution of projects.
Ensuring a neat and high-quality delivery of the installation work.

You will be given a great deal of autonomy and responsibility in your work. Due to the variety in projects, you will continue to develop yourself and constantly acquire new technical knowledge and experience.

A completed technical education within installation technology
Experience as a technician or project technician in mechanical installation technology
You can work independently, but also function well within a team
