F-Gas Technician

As an F-gas technician, you will work on installing, maintaining, and repairing various climate installations. You will perform refrigerant-side tasks and ensure that installations function safely and optimally.

As an F-Gas Technician at Velgsib Installatietechniek, you are responsible for diverse tasks on climate installations. You work independently at customer sites in the region and ensure a professional execution of your duties.

Your responsibilities include

• Installing and commissioning air conditioning, heat pumps, and VRF installations;

• Performing refrigerant-side tasks in accordance with applicable F-gas regulations;

• Occasionally troubleshooting and resolving faults and performing repairs on climate installations;

• Checking whether installations function safely, efficiently, and properly;

• Advising customers and ensuring a neat and professional handover.

No two days are the same. You work on different installations and regularly encounter new technical challenges. This allows you to keep developing within your field.

You are an independent and customer-oriented technician who enjoys finding solutions to technical problems. You work accurately, take responsibility for your tasks, and find it important to deliver quality.

In addition, you possess:

• At least MBO working and thinking level, preferably in a technical direction;

• A valid F-gas certificate;

• Technical insight and an independent, solution-oriented working attitude;

• A flexible attitude and the ability to maintain an overview in busy situations;

• A customer-friendly attitude and good communication skills;

• An accurate and organized way of working administratively;

• The motivation to further develop yourself through training and courses.

Do you already have experience as a refrigeration technician, air conditioning technician, or climate technology service technician? Then that experience will come in handy!
