To continue the growth within EPM, we are looking for a lead technician in the field of electrical installations for commercial building, residential building, and renovation in South/Central Limburg, who will take the lead on our projects.

As a lead technician, you are responsible for the execution of electrical installations within residential and commercial projects. You direct technicians on-site and ensure that the work is carried out according to schedule, quality requirements, and safety regulations.

You will be involved in projects at an early stage, so that together with engineering and work preparation, you ensure a strong start. Together, you will ensure a smooth process from preparation to delivery.

• Directing and supervising technicians at the project location;

• Coordinating daily activities and monitoring the schedule;

• Contributing personally to the execution of installations;

• Coordinating with work preparation, project management, and other disciplines;

• Identifying bottlenecks and ensuring appropriate solutions;

• Monitoring quality, safety, and progress on the project.

With your experience and leadership, you ensure that projects are delivered successfully and according to agreement.
