Are you an experienced mechanical technician and is your strength specifically in mechanical installations within the non-residential sector? Do you enjoy working on larger and technically challenging installations and are you accustomed to working independently from technical drawings and diagrams?

As an Experienced Mechanical Technician - Non-Residential at Velgsib Installatietechniek in Stadskanaal, you will work on mechanical installations within non-residential projects. Here, it is not about mass-produced residential construction, but about installation technology within larger buildings and projects.

You will work on, among other things, heating installations, water and gas installations, sanitary, and ventilation systems. In doing so, you will be given the space to truly utilize your experience in the non-residential sector, think of solutions independently, and deliver a technically sound project together with colleagues and other parties.

As a Mechanical Technician - Non-Residential, you are responsible for the independent installation of mechanical installations within non-residential projects.

• Installing heating installations and heat pumps;

• Installing water and gas installations;

• Installing sanitary and sewage systems;

• Mounting ventilation systems;

• Working from technical drawings and diagrams;

• Identifying deviations and contributing ideas for technical solutions;

• Independently executing and completing tasks;

• Collaborating with colleagues and other parties involved in the project.

• It is precisely your experience within the non-residential sector that is important. You are accustomed to the scale and technical challenges of non-residential projects and know what is required to realize installations correctly, safely, and neatly.

You are an experienced mechanical technician who knows his trade and preferably has already gained experience within non-residential construction. You can work independently, oversee what needs to happen on a project, and think along when practical circumstances require a different solution.
