What are you going to do?
As an industrial engineer, you will optimize production processes and systems to improve efficiency and quality. You will analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions that increase productivity and reduce costs. By working closely with various departments, you ensure that all processes run smoothly and meet the set standards.

Responsibilities:

• You identify inefficient production processes and propose improvements for them.
• You analyze production data to discover trends and problems.
• You design and implement new production processes and procedures.
• You collaborate with stakeholders to develop and test solutions.
• You monitor the progress of implemented changes and adjust where necessary.
• You support colleagues with new processes and technologies.
• You maintain documentation of all processes and changes.
• You ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Completed technical education at HBO or WO level (preferably Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar).
• Extensive knowledge of continuous improvement (minimum Yellow Belt).
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in an industrial or production environment.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, organization, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of and experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPS, and other improvement techniques.
• Affinity with R&D and experience with New Product Introductions (NPIs).
• Technical insight, such as reading drawings.

• Analytical and accurate, with an eye for detail and quality.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial in identifying and implementing improvements.
• A helicopter view and excellent project management skills.

About the team
In our factory in Veghel, approximately 165 professionals work with various specializations, including turning, milling, welding, coating, and assembly.

The Manufacturing Veghel engineering team consists of several sub-teams, including the Industrial Engineering team with three employees.
