Technical specialist in the Netherlands

What are you going to do?
For our beautiful Van Mossel Mercedes-Benz location in Dordrecht, we are looking for a new colleague to join us and strengthen our workshop as a technical specialist. Together with your 7 mechanic colleagues, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of the various car models of our customers. These are primarily cars of the Mercedes-Benz brand, but due to the premium service we offer our customers, they may also be cars of other brands. Within the team, you are the specialist in the field of diagnostics and repairs for (complex) mechanical and electrical faults. In this regard, it is important that you enjoy rolling up your sleeves and want to exceed customer expectations. Your duties include:

• Detecting and resolving technical faults;

• Following up on all additional work and contact arising from the diagnostics;

• Assisting customers to be able to provide the correct diagnosis or explanation regarding a repair.
