Service Advisor in Rotterdam

At Van Mossel Renault and Dacia in Rotterdam Charlois, customer satisfaction comes first. As an experienced service advisor, you are the face of our branch and ensure that our customers always receive the best service. You are responsible for:

• Creating and following up on work orders;

• Monitoring the planning and progress of repairs;

• Discussing invoices and clearly explaining the performed work to the customer;

• Preparing appointments and supporting colleagues in the workshop.

You work independently, but are part of a close-knit team of 21 colleagues that is customer-oriented, ambitious, and sociable.

You have experience as a service advisor in the automotive industry and enjoy advising and supporting customers. You have a commercial mindset, strong communication skills, and can switch effectively between different tasks. Additionally, you recognize yourself in the following profile:

• You are available full-time;

• You have relevant experience as a service advisor or in a similar position;

• You possess excellent command of the Dutch language;

• You are responsible, accurate, and customer-oriented.
