What are you going to do?
For our Van Mossel Opel branch in Tilburg, we are looking for a customer-friendly colleague to join our team as a front office employee. Together with your colleagues, you will staff the reception desk. In this role, you are the face and calling card of the branch. You receive customers with a big smile and help them with a wide variety of questions, which primarily concern service. You are the link between the customer and the workshop. Customers therefore truly see you as the service advisor. What a typical workday looks like? The customer calls for an appointment and you schedule a date and time together with the customer. On the day of the appointment, you receive the customer and discuss any issues with the car. Subsequently, you hand over the work to your colleagues in the workshop. Thanks to your information, the mechanics know exactly what they need to do. As soon as the car is ready, you discuss the performed work with the customer. Of course, you also process all of this administratively and you safeguard the workshop planning. Furthermore, your duties include:

• Creating work orders;

• Monitoring the progress of the planning;

• Discussing invoices and providing explanations to the customer regarding the performed work;

• Preparing appointments.

Who are you?
Of course, it is nice if you already have experience as a service advisor within the automotive industry. But if you have worked in hospitality or another service-oriented position involving a lot of customer contact, we will teach you the ropes of our trade! The most important thing is that you, together with your fellow service advisors, provide excellent help to the customers. It goes without saying that you know what customer friendliness is and that you enjoy being in contact with customers.
