What we're looking for
You have technical insight, work accurately, and find it important that a car leaves the workshop in neat condition. You can work independently, but you also easily seek collaboration with colleagues.
Furthermore:
• Have you completed an education in Automotive Technology or similar, or have at least 1 year of relevant work experience;
• Do you possess a driving license B;
• Can you maintain a good overview of your activities;
• Are you open to further developing yourself through professional training and courses.
Pay & benefits
What you'll get
Of course, we expect something from you, but you will get something in return:
• A good salary appropriate to your knowledge and experience;
• The possibility to determine your own career path within Van Mossel;
• Trainings and workshops to further develop yourself;
• Unlimited access to the Van Mossel Academy;
• Good secondary employment conditions;
• Staff discounts on, among other things, cars, maintenance, and insurance for the whole family;
• Working within a large automotive organization with plenty of opportunities to grow.
The role
Do you dismantle a car with ease and ensure that everything is perfectly back in its place after damage repair? Do you work neatly, maintain an overview, and have technical insight? Then we are looking for you for our Van Mossel Autoschade branch in Alkmaar!
What you'll do
As a disassembly and assembly technician, you play an important role in the damage repair process. You ensure that our damage repairers can work effectively by carefully disassembling vehicles. Once the repair is complete, you rebuild everything neatly and professionally.
No vehicle and no damage is the same. One time you disassemble a bumper or door, the next time you work on seats, dashboards, or technical components such as the suspension.
Your responsibilities include, among other things:
• Disassembling bodywork, interior, and technical parts;
• Carefully storing and organizing disassembled parts;
• Fully rebuilding vehicles after damage repair;
• Applying various connection techniques, such as screws, bolts, and adhesives;
• Checking that everything is correctly and neatly reassembled.
You work in a modern workshop with good equipment and techniques, together with colleagues who, just like you, strive for high-quality damage repair.
Who are you?
A diploma is a nice bonus, but experience and technical insight are at least as important.
Hiring process
Applying is easy via the website.
