HR Professional - UTURN

Your role at UTURN
As an HR Professional, you are responsible for the development and execution of HR within UTURN. You are a proactive sparring partner for colleagues, supervisors, and management, and you translate our growth goals into concrete HR priorities. You don't wait around, but you see what is needed and take action. You are approachable and reliable, but you also dare to be critical and lead people through change, with an eye for both the individual and the organization.

• You develop and monitor the employee journey, from recruitment and onboarding to development and offboarding.

• Together with management, you translate the HR strategy into concrete plans and actions.

• You take charge of recruitment and ensure a positive candidate experience.

• You monitor the performance and development cycle and advise on talent and organizational development.

• You identify HR trends and risks and translate these into practical policies.

• You monitor the quality of HR administration, files, and salary data.

• Plenty of mandate and room to independently shape HR within UTURN.

• A committed team in an organization that is constantly in motion, at our office in Rotterdam.

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of work and thinking in the field of HR.

• At least 5 years of experience in a broad and independent HR role.

• The ability to translate organizational issues into a clear HR approach.

• A proactive attitude and the persuasiveness to actually realize initiatives.

• Experience with personnel and payroll administration; experience with Nmbrs is a plus.

• An independent, accurate, and organized way of working.

• The ambition to further shape and professionalize HR within an organization in motion.
