In the context of our Duty of Care, we want to revise our Travel Risk Management Protocol. For this purpose, we want to establish a clear and structured process, so that employees traveling to high-risk countries are well-prepared when they depart and can count on appropriate support during (and after) their trip.
What will you be doing?
• Revising and (further) developing the Travel Risk Management Protocol (focused on safety and security);
• Establishing a clear process for the preparation, instruction, and guidance of employees before and during (and after) their trip;
• Ensuring that employees demonstrably possess the correct information and practical preparations (depending on destination and risk);
• Organizing the necessary coordination within the organization so that employees feel supported;
• Contributing to clear communication regarding risks, responsibilities, and measures to be taken;
• (Further) developing formats/working methods to ensure consistency and quality.
• Aligning processes and procedures with the Thales Group standard.
What are you responsible for?
• You ensure that the process is not only correct on paper but also works in practice: from travel request to return, with attention to awareness, instruction, and operational support.
