As a work planner in Bosman's installation team, you will be involved in the entire process from the sketch design to the actual execution of multiple projects, primarily in large utility buildings in the Randstad area. You will join a close-knit team where sociability and team spirit come first. A team where projects are handled seriously, but where a joke in between is always welcome. There is always someone available for your technical questions or when you need a bit of help. And if you are bursting with good ideas on how something could be done faster or better, for example? Then you can share this during a team meeting and you can work this out together and apply it to a subsequent project. On Fridays, there is regularly a group lunch at the office, to end the week in a pleasant and tasty way every other week. And if you feel like going for a walk in between, there is always someone who will happily join you.

As a work planner, you are responsible for the preparation of our installation projects, which can reach up to € 10 million in turnover. You work on multiple projects simultaneously, for which you arrange all necessary matters, such as fully accurate take-off lists and all required materials for the execution works. Together with the rest of the team, you ensure that the projects proceed well, safely, and according to schedule. You do this by collecting information about orders, delivery times, and prices and providing it to your project manager. You also ensure that the necessary materials are available on the construction site on time and within budget. You perform calculations, check drawings, and ensure that everything meets the specifications. You also bring this knowledge into your contact with our subcontractors by ensuring that they are also provided with the correct drawings and schedules.
