At NooterSchreuder, we are looking for a Work Preparer Electrical Engineering who ensures that our service technicians are well-prepared to head out. From a small renovation to a service job or short-term project: you maintain the overview, switch gears quickly, and together with your colleagues, ensure that the work is carried out well.

You will join a friendly and accessible service department where collaboration is a matter of course. The lines are short, the atmosphere is good, and you have a lot of contact with both colleagues and customers.

As a Work Preparer Electrical Engineering, you are responsible, together with our service coordinator Bram, for the preparation and supervision of our electrical engineering service activities. You support a team of technicians in the field and ensure that they can perform their work well.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Preparing and organizing service jobs, small renovations, and projects

• Planning and coordinating activities with the technicians

• Ensuring that materials and necessary information are available on time

• Maintaining contact with customers regarding ongoing and new activities

• Switching between different jobs and determining what has priority

• Answering technical questions from the field service

• Searching for practical solutions together with the technicians

• Visiting a location where necessary to properly prepare activities

You have many different customers. From individuals and companies to housing associations and government organizations. That means no two days are the same and you regularly have to switch between different questions and interests.

Particularly important is that you understand electrical engineering and can collaborate well with people. You are flexible, take initiative independently, and remain calm when the schedule changes during the day.

Additionally:

• Do you have MBO level 3 or 4 in Electrical Engineering?

• Do you preferably have experience within service, for example as a work preparer, service technician, or in a similar technical role?

• Can you work independently and take responsibility?

• Can you set priorities well and switch gears quickly?

• Do you communicate easily with technicians, colleagues, and customers?

• Are you available for at least 32 hours per week?

You will be working at NooterSchreuder in Zwolle, within our service department. A department where approximately 25 colleagues work in the field and 10 colleagues work in the office. Despite that size, the team feels personal and accessible.
