The role: CFO who doesn't just look at the numbers, but also makes them

STËLZ is growing fast, and with that, so does the need for someone to take a firm grip on the financial course. As CFO, you are the financial sparring partner to the founders and our Head of Finance. You ensure control over the numbers and help us make the right choices for healthy, profitable growth.

No ivory tower and no endless PowerPoints. You think strategically, but find it just as easy to roll up your sleeves yourself. Strategic thinking and operational doing: that is the mix we are looking for.

• You translate our growth ambitions into a financial strategy, budget, and forecast.

• You support the founders with analyses and scenarios during important decisions.

• You ensure clear management information and, together with the business, drive margin and results.

• You are responsible for reliable financial figures, the closings, and the collaboration with the accountant.

• You monitor the cash flow and ensure good internal control.

• You build a finance organization and processes that grow along with our (international) ambitions.

• You lead a finance team of five colleagues and further develop the team.

You are a pragmatic and proactive finance professional who prefers to solve something yourself rather than meeting about it. You see opportunities before they are on the table.
