Workplace AI Automation Consultant

• Your heart beats faster for AI technologies and applications within the digital workplace, such as Copilot and workflow automation like N8N
• MS365, Windows 11, Entra ID, Exchange, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, SharePoint, and Intune no longer hold any secrets for you
• At least 8 years of work experience as a consultant or a similar role
• You have excellent knowledge of standard solutions and translating these to the client environment
• You act as technical lead during onboarding, based on standard designs and runbooks
• Able to provide support during complex changes, incidents, and problems
• Answering RFIs (Request for Information)
• Ability to coach the team within a learning organization
• Able to perform stakeholder management at an operational level
• Advise clients with in-depth knowledge of the SSW solution
• You are willing to continuously learn and apply new technologies.
• You have a good command of the Dutch language in speech and writing (C1 level) and can also communicate excellently in English.

• A permanent contract of 32, 36, or 40 hours with a monthly compensation budget including holiday allowance and mobility allowance;

As a Workplace AI Automation Consultant, you help clients take their digital workplace to the next level. You advise on the deployment of AI and automation, translate standard solutions into the context of the organization, and ensure that technical choices align with the roadmap and objectives.

You monitor the technical quality of the environment(s) you are responsible for and act as the technical single point of contact (SPOC) for one or more client environments and internal stakeholders. You guide onboarding processes, direct based on designs and runbooks, and ensure a stable and future-proof setup.

Additionally, you continuously look for ways to work smarter. You identify opportunities for automation, assess complex changes, and translate these into scalable solutions. You work on innovative use cases such as predictive maintenance, AI-driven support (e.g., chatbots), and workflow optimization - and ensure that these actually add value in practice.
