Security Operations Center Centralist

• A security guard diploma level 2 or the willingness to follow the training to become a security guard.
• Experience in a control room / SOC is a plus
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written
• Driver's license and own transport
• You are available 24/7

You will come to work in our new Security Operations Center. This is at an international client of Securitas. As a SOC Centralist, you are the central point of contact for all security notifications within an international data center program. From the SOC, you monitor a large-scale location and ensure that alarms, incidents, and deviations are assessed and followed up on quickly and effectively.

A glimpse of your activities:

• Monitoring, assessing, and handling alarm notifications and security incidents
• Determining the urgency and impact of notifications and directing security colleagues or other involved teams for adequate follow-up
• Analyzing available information to place notifications in the correct context and accurately assess risks
• Performing proactive checks on camera footage, access control systems, and log files, both routinely and based on specific risk information
• Registering and reporting incidents, actions, and findings to ensure a complete and reliable audit trail
• Processing operational security requests, such as access requests, virtual escorts, and other supporting security processes
• Identifying deviations, trends, and potential security risks and escalating these in a timely manner to the correct stakeholders
• Contributing to a safe, professional, and customer-oriented security service within a critical environment

• A healthy dose of digital dexterity because you will be working with multiple screens and information flows
