What we're looking for

Initial experience in the leadership or coordination of employees (career changers also possible) or sound knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes
Strong hands-on mentality and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
Open, honest personality with the ability to build trust within the team
High team orientation as well as a good sense for employees and operational processes

Languages

Good German and English skills in spoken and written form, Dutch is an advantage

The role

As a Team Leader in our logistics center in Sevenum, you are responsible for the smooth running of the operational processes in your area. Together with your team, you ensure that quality and quantity standards are met in order to satisfy our customers.

What you'll do

Functional leadership of a team of 20–50 employees in the logistics area
Coaching, training, and motivating the team to ensure performance and further development
Central contact person for operational and personnel matters
Coordination and monitoring of daily operational processes
Close cooperation with other team leaders as well as reporting to the shift leader or workflow
Creation of personnel schedules in daily business
Control of attendance, breaks, and working hours
