For our growing pharma location in Sevenum (near Venlo, Netherlands), we are looking for an experienced leader who combines operational excellence with strategic foresight and actively develops our Pharma Operations.

In the role of Associate Director Pharma Process (m/w/d), you will take on overall strategic and operational responsibility for our Pharma Process department and, together with your management team, lead approximately 100 employees across several management levels.

You are responsible for the operational performance as well as the continuous development of our Pharma Process department and translate the Pharma Operations strategy into measurable results.

Together with your team, you will ensure that our end-to-end processes surrounding pharmaceutical order processing are developed efficiently, scalably, and sustainably.

Your responsibilities

• You will take on overall strategic and operational responsibility for our Pharma Process department and, together with your management team, lead approximately 100 employees across several pharmaceutical teams.
• You are responsible for a smooth, efficient, and regulatorily compliant end-to-end prescription processing workflow and continuously develop our Pharma Operations to ensure scalable processes, the highest quality standards, and sustainable operational excellence.
• You steer the performance of your organization using relevant KPIs, customer feedback, and operational metrics, and derive sustainable measures from them for the continuous improvement of quality, productivity, and service levels.
• You develop leaders and teams, strengthen a performance-oriented culture, and create the prerequisites for sustainable growth.
• As a central interface between Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders, you ensure smooth cross-departmental cooperation and successfully bring strategic projects into implementation.
• You combine operational excellence with regulatory security, make sound decisions even in complex situations, and consistently develop our processes in the interest of our customers.
