HR Management Trainee

• You are enrolled in a higher professional education (HBO) program in HR, Hospitality Management, or similar;
• You are available for at least 6 months;
• You possess good communication skills in Dutch and English;
• You are proactive, organized, and eager to learn;
• You can work independently, but are also a strong team player;
• Experience in hospitality is a plus.

• A monthly internship allowance of €945 based on full-time;

• Assessing applications and selecting candidates;
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews;
• Conducting initial interviews with candidates;
• Maintaining communication with candidates, including rejections and follow-ups;
• Improving and updating recruitment processes.
• Drafting employment contracts and appointment letters;
• Coordinating onboarding of new employees;
• Guiding a smooth start for new colleagues, including performing inductions;
• Supporting offboarding and the preparation of additional documentation.
• Supporting personnel administration and personnel files;
• Processing sick leave notifications and maintaining records;
• Supporting payroll administration and HR reporting;
• Keeping HR systems and employee data up-to-date.
• First point of contact for HR-related questions from colleagues;
• Supporting training, events, and employee engagement activities;
• Contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment;
• Supporting internal HR communication.
• Working independently on HR projects and process improvements;
• Taking initiative in topics that you find interesting;
• Supporting strategic HR initiatives together with the HR team.
