The role
As an intern within the Accounts Payable department, you will contribute to ensuring the accurate and timely registration of purchase invoices in the accounts payable administration. This is essential for preparing a correct balance sheet and profit and loss account for DAF Trucks N.V.
What you'll do
You will be involved in the following tasks:
- Scanning invoices for our document management system;
- Archiving purchase invoices;
- Registering purchase invoices;
- Reconciling purchase invoices;
- Drafting a process description (specific details to be determined later)
When planning your activities, we will of course take the execution of your internship assignments into account. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to gather information from other DAF departments, which will help you in the successful execution of your internship assignments.
