As a dental assistant within Dental Excellence, you are an indispensable link in our specialist referral practice. You support the practitioner at the chair, carefully prepare treatments, handle administrative tasks, and ensure that all necessary instruments and materials are ready. Thanks to your accuracy, involvement, and professional appearance, treatments run smoothly and patients feel optimally guided during often complex treatment trajectories.

In addition, you work closely with a multidisciplinary team and actively contribute to adhering to clinical protocols, quality guidelines, and high-quality patient care. Dental Excellence is a specialist referral practice where multiple dental disciplines work together intensively within complex and multidisciplinary treatment trajectories. We support referring dentists with highly specialized care questions and guide patients with care and predictability when regular dentistry is insufficient.

Our practice in Paterswolde features four modern treatment rooms and an expert team that combines professionalism and personal attention. We specialize in:

• A dental assistant diploma/course

• Experience with or affinity for practices focused on complex treatment trajectories

• Good command of the Dutch language

• Available for at least 3 days per week (in consultation)

• Strong social skills and patient-centeredness
