• You are the first point of contact: you greet customers with a smile and answer their questions.
• You handle everything regarding returns and reservations, and ensure flawless processing at the checkout.
• You maintain an overview at the service desk and proactively step in wherever extra help is needed, so that everything runs smoothly.
• Together with your fantastic colleagues, you keep the service desk and the checkout area tidy, organized, and inviting.
