Sales Support Assistant 10-12 hours

You ensure that every customer leaves the store feeling good. You speak to customers in a friendly manner, handle returns and reservations, and process payments at the checkout. You maintain an overview at the service desk and jump in as soon as extra help is needed anywhere. Together with your colleagues, you ensure a neat and organized service area and a pleasant shopping experience.

• You are customer-oriented and enjoy helping people;
• You have a proactive attitude and see work that needs to be done without anyone having to ask;
• You have good communication skills;
• You can easily switch between interacting with customers and colleagues;
• You are flexibly deployable, also in the evenings or on weekends;
• Affinity with DIY or gardening is a plus, but not a requirement.

• A salary in scale C (€ 2,476 - € 2,803 based on 38 hours p/w, in accordance with the CAO DIY sector);
