• You motivate and coach your team (6-8 employees)

• You optimize the store's turnover

• Together with the team, you ensure a commercial store appearance

• You draw up work schedules for your team and organize the distribution of tasks and responsibilities

• You are ultimately responsible for the commercial results of the store and translate objectives into concrete plans

• You help customers with advice for their purchases and ensure an optimal customer experience

• You have an MBO 4+ working and thinking level

• You have leadership experience, preferably within retail (experience within a hardware store is a plus)

• You have a customer-oriented attitude and enjoy helping people

• You maintain an overview, even when it gets busy, and switch easily between colleagues and customers on one hand and processes and tasks on the other

• You have a strong commercial drive

• You are result-oriented and have a sense for figures, processes, and commercial opportunities

• You are eager to learn and want to continue developing yourself

• You are flexibly deployable, also in the evenings or on weekends

• You have a good command of the Dutch language

• A salary between € 3,086 and € 3,832 gross per month based on 38 hours per week, depending on your knowledge and experience and in accordance with the DIY sector collective labor agreement (cao), supplemented by our additional employment conditions
