Summary

During these days, you offer the same personal service as in the bank hall, but via the telephone. Part of these telephone days can be filled in a hybrid manner, allowing you to work (partially) from home.

To give you an optimal start and allow you to gain sufficient practical experience during the training program, it is not possible to take holiday or other days off during the first month.

After completing the training, you work hybridly, in a combination of working from home and working at the office. Primarily hybrid work is also practiced during the training. Together with your team and team lead, you will make agreements from the start about where you work, depending on staffing, availability, and what is needed for your development and onboarding period.
