THE CHALLENGE
Philip Morris is looking for Operators for the Cast Leaf Processing Center (CPC) department. In this department, semi-finished products are produced for our very latest Reduced Risk Products (RRPs).

As an Operator, you are responsible for, among other things, the following tasks:

- Achieving production targets based on efficiency and productivity requirements;
- Maintenance of installations, optimization of processes and logistical flows;
- Resolving disruptions in the production and logistical process;
- Maintaining contact with internal stakeholders;
- Making proposals for the improvement, modification, or simplification of current activities, processes, and systems;
- Ensuring optimal material usage, administration, and reporting;
- Complying with procedures and instructions regarding safety, health, and the environment.

YOUR PROFILE
To be successful as an Operator, you meet the following requirements:

- In possession of a Vapro B or C diploma in Process Technology;
- You enjoy working day shifts (but are also flexible to work other shifts when changes occur);
- You have some work experience in a process technology industrial environment;
- You are result-oriented, disciplined, and a true team player;
- You are analytical and quality-oriented;
- You master the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written;
- Experience with Lean concepts, 5S, value stream mapping, and/or HACCP is a plus;
- Experience in a highly regulated environment such as the food or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

As a person, you stand for integrity and trust. You are result-oriented and decisive, capable of planning and organizing, and of setting priorities. You are flexible regarding working hours and willing to work in shift work.
