Pedagogical Staff Member | KDV Pompeloen and BSO Assen and surroundings.

Your expertise and passion make you a true hero in childcare for ages 0-12. Ready to make a difference every day! Join our team as a flexibly deployable pedagogical staff member at KDV Pompeloen and BSO in Assen and surroundings and, together with the children, make every day a celebration! Working at Partou. Definitely not childish.

Step into a place where children are given the space to discover, play, and grow every day. As a pedagogical staff member, you will work from KDV Pompeloen in Assen, an atmospheric location on the edge of a nature reserve. The large, bright group rooms immediately give children a sense of familiarity. In their own atelier, they read, craft, dance, and discover the world around them together.

Outside, every child experiences their own adventure. Babies quietly explore their own garden, while toddlers climb and scramble on the challenging climbing hill or go on discovery trips among the greenery. We also love to head out into the nature surrounding the location.

As a pedagogical staff member, you will work flexibly from KDV Pompeloen and other Partou locations in the area, both within childcare and after-school care. Think, for example, of locations in Borger or Haren. This allows you to gain a lot of experience, meet different colleagues, and make a difference for children and parents in multiple places. You will join a warm and familiar team that believes in every child and celebrates every step forward.
