The role
Growth is no coincidence, it is pure craftsmanship. And you are the expert! Your work as a pedagogical staff member at the daycare center in Weesp is certainly not child's play.
About the location
Kinderdagverblijf Otje in Weesp is an inspiring place to work and to grow. As soon as you step inside, you are welcomed by our atmospheric hall with canal houses, where children's imaginations immediately come to life. In the spacious, bright group rooms, you will have all the space to connect with the child's world of experience and to utilize your pedagogical qualities.
Every day we can be found outside in our own courtyard, where children can play and discover freely. Is the weather a bit less favorable? Then the Pikler course, the playroom, and the children's atelier offer plenty of opportunities for movement, creativity, and fun. Singing, dancing, and making music are simply part of the day here.
At Otje, it is all about a fine balance between active play, rest, and personal attention. With our baby, vertical, and toddler groups, we offer a trusted environment in which children develop at their own pace and in which you, as a pedagogical staff member, can truly make a difference.
Practically, everything is also well arranged: you can park for free at the location, and if you come by train? Then we will provide a bicycle, so you can get easily and quickly from the station to Otje.
