The role
Your expertise and passion make you a true hero in childcare for ages 0-12. Ready to make a difference every day! Join our team as a flexible pedagogical staff member in Zutphen and the surrounding area and make every day a celebration together with the children! Working at Partou. Definitely not childish.
About the location
Are you an enthusiastic pedagogical staff member looking for freedom, flexibility, and professional growth? At Partou, we make that possible. In our Flex Team, you are the director of your own work week. You decide where and when you work, while you can count on the security of a contract and the support of a large, professional organization.
As a pedagogical staff member in Zutphen and the surrounding area, you will work at the De Polbeek location, or at other childcare locations in the region. That variety makes your work dynamic and educational. You will gain a lot of experience in a short time, get to know different teams, and develop yourself broadly within childcare. No two days are the same, and that is exactly what makes working as a flexer so much fun.
At Partou, you will work alternatingly at the KDV and the BSO. As a result, you will quickly build a bond with children, parents, and colleagues and increase your pedagogical knowledge and skills. Whether you want to discover which target group suits you best, or you consciously choose variety in your work: in the Flex Team, you will be given all the space for that.
