About the location
You work as a flexible pedagogical staff member at a warm and small-scale location where children feel safe and seen every day. At De Pionier in Veghel, you are part of Play-and-Learn Center De Pionier, located in the green De Bunders neighborhood. Daycare, after-school care, and education are all located here under one roof. This ensures short lines of communication and a trusted environment in which children from 0 to 12 years old develop step by step.
Inside, the spaces invite playing, discovering, and being creative. Outside, the location features a challenging discovery garden where children are given space daily to move, investigate, and follow their curiosity. The location is easily accessible by car and bicycle and there is parking nearby, allowing your workday to start and end pleasantly.
In daily work, discovery and movement are central. You guide children during sports and play, music, yoga, creative activities, and outings. In this way, as a pedagogical staff member, you give substance to a varied and active day.
You work in a dedicated and cozy team where collaboration is a matter of course. Due to the small-scale setup, colleagues, parents, and children know each other well.
