The role
Your expertise and passion make you a true hero in childcare. Ready to make a difference every day! Join our team as a flexibly deployable pedagogical staff member in Leidschendam and, together with the children, make every day a celebration! Working at Partou. Definitely not childish.
About the location
Step into two lively locations in Leidschendam: Burgemeester Roeringlaan and Burgemeester Sweenslaan. Here, you will work as a pedagogical staff member in an environment where movement, discovery, and healthy growing up are central. The locations are within walking distance of each other and complement each other beautifully.
Inside, you will find lovely spaces to play, eat, and create, such as an atelier and areas for music and theater. Outside, there is plenty of space: a natural garden, a green discovery garden, and a large grass field right next door. Children play with water and sand, run, cycle, and go outside daily. You will work at a daycare center, with activities that cater to every age.
As a pedagogical staff member, you will shape an active day with sports, play, and creative workshops. Every day includes a warm, healthy meal, and attention is given to development towards primary school.
You will work flexibly at both locations, preferably 3 to 4 days per week. This makes your work varied and provides plenty of space to truly get to know the children.
